Our key responsibilities include: Budgeting & Planning Preparing annual budgets and financial plans. Offering and Pledge Management Recording and allocating donations. Expense Management Monitoring and approving church expenditures. Financial Reporting Preparing financial statements for church leadership and members. Compliance & Auditing Ensuring adherence to legal and other regulations. The Financial department core mandate is to support the church’s mission while maintaining financial integrity and trust.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness Sanitation The sanitation department of Mega Life Chapel International plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all members and visitors. We are responsible for regular cleaning and sanitizing of all church facilities, including restrooms, and gathering areas. We ensure that the church is a safe space for worship. We’re always open to welcoming new members who are passionate about cleanliness as the saying goes ‘cleanliness is next to godliness’. Volunteers can get involved in various tasks, from routine cleaning to organizing sanitation events. Looking ahead, the department plans to implement more sustainable practices, such as using eco-friendly cleaning products and enhancing waste management strategies. Our aim is to create a healthier environment always.
